We offer care and support to individuals in a range of different settings, through our people's transitioning support all the way to community living under our Domiciliary Care Services for adults.
We also recognise that people’s wishes and requirements change over time, which is why we constantly engage with people using our services in order to monitor and evaluate the services we offer. We adapt and plan our services based on the needs of the people who use them.
Progressive Support Services creates a unique person-centred plan that takes into account people's individual abilities, wishes, preferences, ambitions, aspirations and needs to enable them to live as full lives as possible in their local community.
Through individualised planning, all services and support is tailored to each person’s needs including social, psychological, environment employment, health and wellbeing. In addition recreational and leisure opportunities are facilitated for service users to learn and develop, and this can be enhanced by ensuring people have access to their local community and mainstream resources.
Our Domiciliary Care includes:
- Personal everyday tasks such as dressing & bathing
- Cooking, nutrition management and peg feeds special diet
- Cleaning and housekeeping chores
- Medication support
- Complex needs
- Pressure area management
- Hoisting and other equipment use
- Bowel movement support including stoma
- Epilepsy management
- Positive Behaviour support
- Live-in or sit-in service
