SUPPORTED LIVING
Progressive Support Services Ltd is a CQC registered care agency regulated for treatment of disease, disorder and injury.
We support people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health and special needs to live how and where they choose within our supported living services.
The support offered is driven by people’s needs, abilities and aspirations. A key focus is to maintain our service users’ individuality, dignity and right to privacy of each person. The overall intention is to provide a service that gives Service Users a lifestyle of their choice and is responsive to their overall changing needs.
Our Supported Living Services includes:
- Personal care support such as dressing & bathing
- Diet intake including special diets
- Assistance with shopping, cleaning and household duties
- Medication management and administration
- Help with benefits application
- Support with budgeting & paying bills
- Attending appointments
- Special needs support
- Positive Behaviour support
- Mental health support
