Progressive Support Services Ltd is a CQC registered care agency regulated for treatment of disease, disorder and injury.
We specialise in supporting people to remain within their community as much as possible.
Progressive Support Services simply wants the best for everyone. We value and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual person and work with each person to ensure that they are supported at their own pace and within the routines that they are comfortable with. We sensitively offer development opportunities and new challenges to enable the individual to learn and grow in experience, knowledge and skills.
Our aim is to provide people who use our services with a safe effective, evidence based service that is based around their individual identified needs.
The support offered is driven by people’s needs, abilities and aspirations. A key focus is to maintain our service users’ individuality, dignity and right to privacy of each person. The overall intention is to provide a service that gives Service Users a lifestyle of their choice and is responsive to their overall changing needs.
We work in line with relevant government legislation in our policies and procedures.
